She was very comprehensive in testing and examination of my age related hearing loss , I am 69. She is most kind, friendly and patient. Explained to me in great detail the test results and how they compared with normal hearing and put my mind at rest. She was able to offer a range of hearing aid solutions for me to choose from with different levels of sophistication. I choose the most up to date and easiest to use daily. She supplied 2 aids with a charger for the lithium cells and they just sit in a cradle overnight , the hearing aids were programmed to match my level of loss. There is of course a vast improvement in my ability now to differentiate voices and speech in group conversations and such things as TV and radio sound levels above all it enables you to hear with far greater clarity than without them. They are under warranty for 5 years with an annual check up and hearing test included. No problems at all over the 4 months or so since purchase. No hesitation in saying Natalie supplied a first class service in a most friendly professional and comprehensive manner and I am very pleased with the results.”
